Prep cook — Escambia County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Escambia County, Alabama. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
