Excavator operator • Yagba West, Kogi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an excavator operator in Yagba West, Kogi State. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance You will load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals.
