Restaurant steward — Gentry County

Join our team: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Gentry County, Missouri. The job is in a five-star hotel. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On the job you will handle: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
