Bricklayer wanted in Hanson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Hanson County, South Dakota. The job is on a new-build development. The role involves: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
