HSE supervisor wanted in Fremont County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Fremont County, Iowa. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Your main tasks: • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges Requirements: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Full-time, day shift.
