VMC operator — Northumberland

Join our team: we are hiring a VMC operator in Northumberland, England. The role involves: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. £2,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
