Vacancy available: scullery hand (Borno State)

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kwaya Kusar, Borno State. You will be based in a catering unit. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
