Tandoor cook — Rockingham County

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
