Scullery hand wanted in Pawnee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Pawnee County, Kansas. You will be based in a catering unit. The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $230 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
