Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Gallatin County, Montana. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings The role involves erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
