Waitress — Moody County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waitress in Moody County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
