What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
