Flatlock machine operator wanted in Uvalde County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Uvalde County, Texas. The job is in a sampling and tailoring workshop. On a typical shift you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. What we are looking for: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Part-time with flexible hours.
