On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
