Requirements: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker You will carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations.
