On the job you will handle: • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Part-time with flexible hours.
