Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Etinan, Akwa Ibom State. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
