Dish pit attendant — Manistee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Manistee County, Michigan. On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Performance bonus on top of base pay.
