The role involves apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
