Central heating engineer — East Dunbartonshire

Great opportunity: we are hiring a central heating engineer in East Dunbartonshire, Scotland. You will work in a rented property for a landlord safety check. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in lofts, under floors and in tight spaces • Able to work independently on a schedule of daily call-outs You will complete job sheets and parts records on a mobile app after each visit; diagnose faults using a multimeter and manufacturer fault codes; replace pressure relief valves, expansion vessels and thermostats; check and adjust gas pressure and burner combustion settings. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. £17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
