Bike messenger — Polk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bike messenger in Polk County, Florida. You will be based at a quick-commerce grocery store. Day-to-day duties: • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run • Wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules • Check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash Six days a week, one day off.
