Immediate opening: catering cook (North Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Transylvania County, North Carolina. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
