Insulation installer — Henrico County

Now hiring: we are hiring an insulation installer in Henrico County, Virginia. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. Day-to-day duties: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Willing to travel between sites • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
