Line cook — Greenville County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Greenville County, South Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
