Paint booth operator wanted in Cleveland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Cleveland County, Arkansas. Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
