Great opportunity: oven operator (Louisiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 3+ years on the tools preferred.
