Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in Washington County, Mississippi. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. The role involves: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Run load and overload tests with test weights You should have: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 2+ years on the tools preferred.
