Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Clark County, Indiana. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics The role involves: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway Six days a week, one day off.
