Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Noble County, Indiana. The job is in a catering unit. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
