Aluminium TIG welder wanted in Karu

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Karu, Nasarawa State. The job is at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection On the job you will handle: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding ₦310,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
