Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in City and Borough of Birmingham, England. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 2+ years on the tools preferred.
