Natural gas fitter wanted in Onondaga County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Onondaga County, New York. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Six days a week, one day off.
