Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Part-time with flexible hours.
