Great opportunity: fusing press operator (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Nobles County, Minnesota. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep The role involves: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Give each garment a final press before packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
