Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Madison County, Ohio. The role involves insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. You should have: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
