Quality checker — Muscatine County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality checker in Muscatine County, Iowa. You will be based at a food processing unit. Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Day to day you will compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing.
