Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day-to-day duties: • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
