Safety inspector — San Joaquin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety inspector in San Joaquin County, California. You will be based on a road and infrastructure project. You should have: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Your main tasks: • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
