Gas service engineer • Goochland County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Goochland County, Virginia. Day to day you will thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes. You should have: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
