Your main tasks: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Rotating shifts.
