Now hiring: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Pratt County, Kansas. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. On the job you will handle: • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Strong attention to safety and load limits At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
