Insulation worker • Menominee County, Michigan

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation worker in Menominee County, Michigan. You will be based on a high-rise façade. The role involves: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel 1+ years on the tools preferred.
