Ideal candidate: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Previous experience on a packing or production line Day-to-day duties: • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
