Fusing press operator wanted in Maury County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Maury County, Tennessee. You will be based at a garment factory. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Your main tasks: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments Full-time, day shift.
