Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Causeway Coast and Glens, Northern Ireland. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
