Final inspection operator • Funakaye, Gombe State

Join our team: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Funakaye, Gombe State. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans Full-time with occasional weekends.
