Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government Area, Lagos State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
