Now hiring: we are hiring a turndown attendant in Bastrop County, Texas. You will be based in a five-star property. Ideal candidate: • Sharp attention to detail and an eye for cleanliness • Familiar with the colour-coded cleaning system • Willing to work shifts, weekends and rotational offs Your main tasks: • Dust and polish furniture, mirrors and glass with the right chemicals • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering • Carry out turndown service in the evening • Spot-clean walls, skirting, doors and high-touch points • Sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns • Strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
