Join our team: CNC programmer-operator (Nebraska)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Brown County, Nebraska. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. On a typical shift you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to grind and set HSS cutters 2+ years on the tools preferred.
