Great opportunity: we are hiring a roof repair specialist in Morgan County, Alabama. You will work at a roofing and cladding contractor. The role involves set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs. Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
